Mission Viejo Holidays from £671

There was no one at the desk when I arrived. No hot water the first morning. When I called about it, the front desk person was like “oh well, I’ll report it to maintenance.” For what I paid, they should have moved me to a different room immediately. But they did not care. I guarantee that I won’t be returning.

1. We arrived around 3pm and the front person said they will let us know by call when room is ready but no response till 4:30. We went to front desk two times and got the key. 2. The luggage's arrived an hour later. We went down to receive them but wouldn`t let us saying they are already up. 3. I requested when checking out for a detailed receipt but he said it will be sent by email. But haven`t received anything! Pls send me right away!

Our stay was okay. The entire check-in process was crazy. The amount of time we had to verify ourselves was a little much. There are no amenities like laundry detergent, dish soap or anything to wash dishes with. We each had one body towel for the entire stay, extra towels would have been so nice. There are also zero extra blankets. It was cold and the bedding was thin. We could have used a throw blanket or extra blankets to cover up with. We froze at night. Front shades were broken so we couldn’t close them. That was annoying as the windows are huge and it felt like the entire neighborhood was watching us. Overall house was clean and as pictured.
