We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

HOUSE RULES
>Must be 25 years old to book

>No smoking inside
>Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices/music) - per city ordinance
>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation
Note: We have a pool gate we can set up for a fee of $35 that surrounds the pool. If you would like this added, please contact us ASAP to coordinate with the handyman for set up. Day of requests may be difficult to coordinate where we can`t promise set up.

PETS

We do our best to keep the propane tanks full, but if they are not, we ask that you take it to the nearest grocery store or gas station for a refill/exchange and we will refund you for the cost.

Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay. While we understand that unexpected situations can arise—including severe weather, travel disruptions, illness, or other emergencies—our cancellation policy remains in effect. Travel insurance may help protect your trip investment if an unforeseen circumstance affects your ability to travel or complete your stay. Be sure to review your policy carefully to understand what is covered.
