Host was good. Room requires updating. Recent plumbing work was not completed. Sheetrock repairs unfinished. Pipe compound smeared on wall, Toilet, sink in master bath. Refrigerator light is out. Freezer compartment has a lot of rust. Tub drain looks corroded. Toilets drain slowly. Bed is comfortable sheets and comforter are adequate. HVAC works well. Exterior is great.
