"I would not choose this hotel again. Staff were unhelpful and disinterested. The restaurant seemed rarely visited. Pool and lobby areas extremely small. This is not a hotel to spend any comfortable time relaxing at. The location was not good and felt a little unsafe with the number of homeless loitering nearby. With all the hotels in Kelowna, this is one to pick if there are really no others available."

To the owners the plastic coffee cups and the fake eggs for the breakfast menu really make it seem cheaper than it should , please make friends with some local farmers for fresh eggs and some cheap ikea cups or something hot plastic is toxic ..
