There are two properties at the address that share the same photos. Jackie’s and randi’s. Regardless, they are both very nice guest houses with a great team and a fantastic bar. Good rock music and the only place in Mirissa for premier league football

Not on the beach, but probably quieter because of that. Probably needed slightly better guidance about getting to the beach! Room and pool were great. Making up of room between our two nights was a little delayed, but we were allowed into it straight away on first arrival, despite being early. Good information on arrival. Bit odd that evening meals were not available as advised - supposedly just needed an hour's warning, but kitchen was closed by 1800 hrs on first night! Actually did us a favour...

Had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. The lady who runs it is lovely and very helpful and friendly.
I took the option for breakfast and there is a selection to choose from, i was always full after.
The room was a good size and very clean with little touches that make the stay nicer, toiletries, nice towels, air fresher, a little flower and mosquito repellant.
Would recommend and would stay again.

A quite a peaceful hotel near the sea. The staff, especially Nassin was very helpful and accommodating.
Good breakfast with a great view.
The hotel is a short walk to Mirissa beach which has all the bars and restaurants.
Overall a good place to stay, peaceful and away from the crowd.

We had a nice stay at the Orchid Rest Hotel. The staff was super helpful, even though their english was not great. The hotel was also very hard to find. They were flexible regarding check-in and check-out.

Nice little hotel right on the beach. Restaurant attached. We always managed to get a sun lounger on the beach, but I think non guests were allowed to use them too. Cute little bungalow. Wifi ok, fell out sometimes. Good AC and a fan. Small room with no where to hang clothes or unpack to. This was the only negative. Really good breakfast, tea or coffee, fruit platter, eggs and toast. For the price we paid I thought it was excellent value for money. We arrived early and they let us have the room...

I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels, mostly in Europe and across Asia. There was something about Triple O Six that I can’t quite put my finger on but it was amazing. From start to finish, the staff were FANTASTIC. Really really helpful.e.g one evening I asked about antihistamines for an allergy and they had none, but went out specifically to get some for me!! That’s just an example but throughout our stay they were friendly, helpful and kind. Nothing was ever too much for them, from the restaurant...

Great location, a few minutes from Mirissa beach and next to loads of restaurants and bars nearby. The area is very safe while the owner and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rubik our host was absolutely marvelous. The room was clean and was cleaned on a regular basis. Lovely four poster bed with mosquito netting. We took the room on the first floor at the front, which gave us a wonderful view into the canopy of the coconut trees, where a family of monkeys amused us over the course of several days.... The breakfasts were phenomenal. Either European, or, our preference, was the traditional Sri Lankan breakfast - Egg hoppers, plain hoppers or string hoppers,...
