The best area to stay in Mirić is the historic Old Town, situated at the heart of the city.

This area is Mirić's cultural and social centre, enclosed within ancient walls and predominantly pedestrianised. It's characterised by narrow, cobbled streets, historic buildings, and bustling squares. Key landmarks include Diocletian's Palace, Peristyle Square, and the Riva promenade, which runs along the waterfront.

Couples will find the Old Town particularly appealing. You'll be steps away from charming restaurants offering local cuisine and wine, great for romantic evenings. The proximity to cultural sites like the Cathedral of Saint Domnius and the various museums within the palace walls makes it ideal for exploring history and art at your leisure.

For solo travellers looking for convenience and a lively option, the Old Town is also an excellent choice. It's well-connected by local transport from the Riva, making day trips straightforward.

The best time to go to Mirić, Split, Croatia is during the shoulder seasons of May, early June, September, and early October.
