Give this one a miss

The only standard room available was a building site. I was obliged to upgrade, which was fine. The internet was either poor or non existent. There was no hot water either at night or in the morning. I was scheduled to stay for 5 nights but checked out after 2 nights. No refund, (apart from 3 nights upgrade) not even the tourist tax! The young lady on reception had to lend me her remote for the TV as others that I was given did not work. She was as helpful and as apologetic as could be but this could not make up for all the downsides.

Within walking distance to Bintang & food centre

The new renovation room is good but since it is still under renovation, the floor is dirty inside & out side of the room. We did ourselves the cleaning of the floor since the cleaner has gone home. Otherwise it is a good location & comfortable.

Overall the hotel conditional is ok. Only when booking need to check with the hotel counter as there are 2 type of room provide. One type of room which is not yet renovation which is in bad conditionan and the other type already renovation is much better.

I booked the family room thru online with the cheapest price and its really amazing place to stay.The rooms are very clean and confortable.Wifi and parking also included. im very satisfied.

Worst staff and hotel

I booked online and when i got there they asked me to upgrade cz my room was under renovation. I asked why was the room available online. The staff told me that we can't contact the person who booked through expedia. I asked if i could get a free upgrade since its not my fault. The staff refused to do that and asked me for extra. I gently asked for refund but i was told to contact expedia for refund. I wouldn't get another room and refund was not an option at the hotel. I was shown a deluxe room and they asked me to pay extra for it. Then i was shown the room which i booked. It wasn't like the one i booked. I've attached pictures of the room. I contacted expedia but it was hard to get through the agents for refund inquiry. I would like to request a refund for this horrible experience.
