"This condo was everything we expected and more. The description and photos of the property were very accurate. Both the condo and complex are extremely clean and is located steps from the beach. The space was very comfortable. There are restaurant options within walking distance and numerous other eating options within a short driving distance. We brought our dog and even found a dog park near by. The host provided all necessary information regarding arrival/check-in/check out in a timely manner. Stephanie also responded quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay at this condo and would book again on our next trip to Miramar Beach."

"This house needs some structure up date. The floors on the second floor are not level. The doors to the bathrooms and bedrooms won’t stay open on there on. The toilets need up grading to handy cap. They sit way on the floor and get stopped up a lot. Not enough furniture in the living room for people to sit together. The gate going down the steps to go to the beach kept getting stuck. The washer and dryer needs updating. The dryer had to be turned on 3 times just to get the clothes dry. "

"The eleven in our family - grandparents, parents, children - enjoyed this spacious house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The second floor balcony was nice for morning coffee, the den plenty big and comfortable for family entertainment, and the dining table big enough for all of us to be together. Our host was responsive to every question and need prior to and during our stay. The short walk to the private beach, chairs and umbrellas available, beautiful aqua water and white sand really did make us think that for a few days - not enough days - we were in paradise. "

"Very good clear house instructions and Host was quick to answer questions. We had a great week. One improvement would be to have subtle lighting on steps inside unit. The overhead lights were too bright when people were still sleeping and the stairway is dark and scetchy to navigate especially at the top where they’re angled. Just a thought….Thanks for sharing your beach house!"
