"We had a wonderful stay. The house was everything we expected and more. Everything was well stocked. They even had crock pots! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The pool and hot tub were amazing with plenty of room for our whole group. The elevator was very useful for my senior parents. The bunks were nice, each having their own tv and privacy curtain. Overall the perfect place for our multiple family group!"

"We enjoyed our stay overall. One of the main reasons we chose this home was the elevator, as our grandfather is in his 80s and unable to climb stairs. Unfortunately, it was not working on the day we arrived. While the property manager checked on it while we were out at dinner and let us know it was fixed, it stopped working again on the third day. This created a significant inconvenience, especially since several members of our group have knee and leg issues.Had we known there were ongoing problems with the elevator, we would have chosen a different place to stay. When an elevator is a key feature particularly for older guests it’s a major concern if it isn’t functioning. "

"It was a beautiful home with lots of toys for the beach, bikes, etc. The golf cart was fun and helpful to use. The location was great. Lots of dishes. We had a little hard time with small amounts of supplies such as no sheets for hide a bed, no dish soap, no shampoo in one bathroom (this was said to be supplied) ad teeny tiny amount in other bathrooms. Nobody brought shampoo because it said it was included. Only one small bar of soap in bathrooms and no hand soap at kitchen sink. Just one roll of paper towels. Small amount of toilet paper, no coffee filters, no blankets in the bedrooms, just a sheet and coverlet. Also only 1 hand towel in a bathroom that 6 people can use.The house holds 14 people so we felt the supplies were not enough for a 6 day stay.All that being said, it was a beautiful home, well cared for, and management was responsive and helpful and did bring some supplies that were missing. These things are not big so it would not stop us staying there again.We had a wonderful time."
