"The property was very clean. Other reviewers had commented on cleanliness and we didn’t find any issue at all with that. There are a few areas of the house that have aged some, primarily in the kitchen. The cupboard doors are a bit warped and the refrigerator needs replaced (many broken shelves etc) but other than those items, that did not affect how much we enjoyed the property, everything was amazing. We did not use the bunk room as we didn’t need to space, but it was muggy and somewhat damp in that room. The rest of the house was cool and comfortable. The view is beautiful and the beach is a super short walk/drive. Lovely house and we had an amazing time!"

"This property had plenty of room and comfortable spots for our large group to find a relaxing spot or enjoy time together. The location was good and the walk to the beach was not far which made it convenient to walk back to the house if needed. There were some things that didn’t work quite right in the house but the property manager was really quick to help and offered wonderful service. This was just what we needed."

"Our stay here was great overall. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is wonderful and is such an easy walk to the beach. We did have children and babies with us and the layout of the house was not the best for that but we made it work! We also had some issues with the golf cart, like other people mentioned. We went to a restaurant nearby and it started slowing down significantly even though it was almost fully charged. After that we kept it charging every time it was in the garage and we didn’t have any issues. Definitely would recommend staying here!"

"Location-Location-location!!! Great view of the Gulf front, sugar-white sand and Crystal clear beach. Charlotte communicated with us from the time we booked. Great to learn the owners were Veterans. Additionally, Charlotte has the kitchen well-stocked for your needs! God Bless America!"
