"Beautiful, immaculately appointed house in a beautiful, private community on a gorgeous, private beach. Super clean. Has everything we needed for our 1 week long stay with our 3 kids and my elderly parents (minus food of course). Bonuses were the daily beach chair and umbrellas for 4, bikes, and working elevator. Views of beach from each floor are beautiful. LOVED IT!"

"The house was beautiful and the location was perfect with an ocean view. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of space for everyone. The teenagers thoroughly enjoyed the bunk room and game room.The only negative was the pool size. Having access to the community pool was helpful. I would definitely stay again."

"The condo wasn’t cleaned! The floors were filthy and there was trash and shoes underneath the bed and nightstands. There was a hole in the floor in one of the bedrooms. I called and sent pictures but know one called me back. "

"It was absolutely incredible! The pictures are beautiful but honestly, when you walk in, your jaw will drop.... Especially if you love pink! It was so spacious, clean, safe and beautiful. They had everything we needed. The pool could be used as a normal pool, or if you pay extra for heating, it gets really hot and has jets for a hot tub vibe. Would highly recommend for bachelorette trips. The house and view are so beautiful that you don't need to set up decoration. Especially the pink marble looking wall behind the sofa.The beach chairs/umbrella set up was clutch. As well as the golf cart. "

"Our stay was Perfect from the time we got there! I always book a spot with a Spectacular View and this place definitely had one!!! If you are looking for all the comforts of home with the beach 100 steps away then book this place!! We had breakfast in the condo every morning while enjoying the view! All you need to do after checking in is go get some groceries for your stay at Publix right down the road! My husband and I had a wonderful Retirement Anniversary Trip here and will definitely book again! So Peaceful and Relaxing!! Take a stroll down the beach at sunrise! A sweet lady took mine and hubby’s picture one morning as she was practicing taking photos through a glass! She ran down and caught us and sent me the picture! It was Absolutely Gorgeous! Thank you Charlotte for opening your doors to us! "

"We had a very nice time. Just a few things. The refridgerater was either a little too warm or froze some items in the bottem drawers. The lock for the bathroom door between the bunk room and the other bedroom didn't work resulting in someone being walked in on. Loved the hot tub but would have been nice to have a few instructions on maintaining the temperature. A stove vent would be nice. Lastly, the internet service was kind of spotty. There were times when it would just stop. Mostly in the morning. Aside from those things it's a great house for a family. Plenty of comfortable beds! The living area is really nice and open and spacious! Love the multiple doors to the pool. Other than the internet and the bathroom door lock would definitely stay there again. Also, the property managers were great. Really accessible and very responsive!"
