Cicadas? from the master balcony that overlooks the fountain/pond. There is a tunnel that goes under the main road for easy golf cart access to the beach. I wish I could live in this house. The listing disclosed 3 bedrooms but we didn’t note all bedrooms were upstairs (a very narrow staircase with luggage). If you prefer a downstairs master, consider another property in Villa Lago. We paid for the use of such and were told there was no contingency. Therefore a family of 5 had only a four seater cart. We were not offered a rental or a partial refund, which should have been the least they could have done, as stated it was part of the rental. We do understand accidents happen, however the owner/rental company should have a plan. Also the rental company provided us with absolutely no information on which pools we had the right to use or any info on the surrounding area. Although we did receive 4 emails telling us not to have trash out other than 6-9 am to avoid any fees. The home was beautiful, however with what transpired we will never rent with this company again. ##### Diana J.
