The good: Great neighborhood. Golf carts were awesome. Grill was great. Plenty of room. Fully stocked kitchen. The Bad: No heat or ac for 3 days. Froze the first two nights. Sweated the next night. Finally fixed on day 4\. Dryer was fried, had fried electrical wiring. Breaker had to be turned off on washer and dryer. Other electrical issues in the house, plugs in master bedroom and living room only the bottom plug worked top plugs were dead. Cable didn't work anywhere. Box is plugged into the top plug behind entertainment center. Luckily Internet worked and someone was signed in to yttv. Back door only half opened and had to squeeze by handrail. No utensils to clean grill. Slow response and no care from property manager. It was a miserable experience with no attempt to make things right what do ever. They asked for my review and said they would call me but didn't. Stay elsewhere. Not this property. ##### Jared E.
