    This spacious unit sleeps six, features two full bathrooms, dedicated beach access, and an amazing resort-style pool.
    The splish-splash of the fountain outside on the pool deck and the echo of the waves meeting the shore drench each inch of this Destin, FL vacation rental in a relaxing aquatic melody. Not only does Beach Resort 201 overlook the pool deck but it also has deeded beach access.
    Play in the surf, grab lunch at one of several nearby beach restaurants and then head less than a mile either east or west for some epic shopping and entertainment at either of Destin’s two outdoor malls, Destin Commons or Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall.

    This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

    We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
    We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

    Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Great spot - needs a lot of TLC

The grounds of this property are great. It's obvious that staff works hard to keep it tidy. The condo is in a great location (quiet) but is in dire need of some attention. There are holes in walls, and paint peeling. We could only get Pluto TV which was inadequate. About a dozen each of CBS and NBC stations, but no TBS, HGTV, Fox, etc. and no instructions on how to navigate through.

Wonderful location and extremely clean complex pool. Very comfy master bed. No beach towels or beach water chairs available for use. Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner but over all a great place to stay.

Great Location and Property

Overall this was a great stay. The location was great, across the street from the beach (beach access is really about a 3 block walk, but not bad at all). The pool is great. The unit itself was well stocked. When we first arrived it could have been a bit cleaner- it was overall clean but could have used a little more attention to detail, bath tub was dirty, under beds had trash, drawers full of sand. You can't really see the ocean from the balcony, I think you probably could from a higher floor, but still a nice view of the pool. We would stay here again.

We had just an amazing time staying at the beach resort. Short walk to one of the most amazing beaches! Umbrella and chair service is a huge plus. Will definitely be back.

Great unit for enjoying the beach

Unit 201 at the Beach Resort at Miramar Beach was well appointed and comfortable. Looks over a great pool complex. Has a large master bedroom with bath. Has a small two bunk room with bath. Has a pull out couch. Bunk room ideal for two children. As part of the rental included two beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach during the season. Kitchen fully equipped and comes with all the plates, glasses, pans and other cooking utensils needed. I am planning on trying to rent it again.

We loved that this unit was on the end which made it so much easier when hauling all the kid's things to the beach. The place had a definite homey feel and lots of sitting room. The best part of this rental is the owner, she was extremely attentive and helpful. We typically rent only in this complex because the pool is amazing and has a zero entry... however... because of Cheryl this will be the unit we will rent when in Destin. Thanks!

We have stayed in this room with our kids several times!!! WE LOVE IT HERE! The room is so cozy.. and its very home like and has about everything u need for a week (besides food 😊)! Our kids love the balcony and the awesome pool! The owners are awesome!! We look so forward to staying here every year!!

My family enjoyed this condo. I highly recommend it! The pool at the complex was awesome! We have visited Destin many times, but this condo and its location beats any other place we have stayed. Loved the complimentary beach chair service. The owner was very helpful and nice. She answered any questions right away. We will be returning very soon!

AWESOME CONDO in Destin!!!

We had a WONDERFUL stay in your condo!! It is professionally decorated and very clean. Special touches were noticed throughout. It was quiet and relaxing. This condo is just a few steps to parking, which is nice in the heat, rain, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals on the days we stayed in and it was nice having a washer and dryer. Especially a dryer for those wet beach towels. This vacation was a week to remember! Thanks so much for everything!
