Rental Policy

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay in this home.

Please have your ID ready — we may ask to verify it upon arrival or during your stay.

We kindly ask that you don’t book for someone else — the person who makes the reservation should be staying in the unit for the entire stay.

Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and approval.

Occupancy

Maximum occupancy: 5 guests.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay.

Smoking

No smoking or vaping inside the property.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas; please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Pets

No pets allowed.
This is a community-wide rule set by the Tradewinds Condominium Association. Guests who bring pets will be subject to additional cleaning fees and may be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Noise & Parties

Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

No parties, events, or large gatherings.

Be considerate of neighbors and the community.

Cleanliness

Please treat the property with care and leave it in good condition.

Dispose of trash in designated bins and avoid leaving food out.

A starter supply of paper goods and essentials is provided—additional items may be purchased nearby.

Safety

No candles or open flames inside.

Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

Report any maintenance issues promptly.

Amenities

Please use appliances, pool equipment, and grills responsibly.

Towels and linens are for indoor use only—bring beach towels for outdoor use.

Check-Out Instructions

Please wash used dishes or start the dishwasher.

Take out all trash.

Return keys/fobs to their original location.

Double-check for personal items.

Violations

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges or early termination of your stay without a refund.
