  • Sandys Sand Trap - Golf Villa is located in Augusta Village with in the Gates of the Sandestin Resort (Golf, Tennis, Boating, and Beach Resort) a gated community approximately three-quarter of a mile from the beach located on the bay side.

    Very nicely decorated and well equipped three bedroom two bath. This villa is a one-story, freestanding unit surrounded with lots of greenery. Two Patio's one screened and one Open Air on the backside. Full-size washer and dryer in house. King in Master, Queen in 2nd, Queen 3rd BR.

    The Resort consists of 2400 Acres of strikingly beautiful property. Enjoy beautiful sugar white beaches. Full 98 slip marina and excellent fishing charters. You can bike, walk, and roller blade, all around this resort there is a tunnel that takes you under Highway 98 to the Beachside. Several lakes and walking trails. You will not want to go home.
