Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this condo. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out when needed, while also offering great common areas where we could relax and spend quality time together. The view was absolutely priceless and one of the highlights of our trip. We also loved being within walking distance of shopping and dining, which made everything so convenient. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other families.

This condo was absolutely amazing. Ocean views from every room. We loved having the second bedroom and bathroom for our 10 and 12 year old girls. The location can’t get any better, with the beach right across the street and grocery store/restaurants nearby. Communication was excellent with the host. We loved our stay!

Nice view of the ocean with a large balcony, kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Enjoyed great music, 2 rounds of golf at nearby courses (we liked Links at Sandestin best), and good restaurants nearby. Would stay again!

Great beach location

This was our first family trip to destin and it was perfect! I will be booking again for next July but for a longer stay. The condo was very clean and had everything you could need. Highly recommend this condo.

Place was really great. Owners are excellent with communication. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the beach....well that's why you come here....the beach was just gorgeous - the beach chairs were nice and the beach guys were so nice and easy to work with. Cheers!

The Views

This was the perfect condo to celebrate our 30th anniversary! The views are of the beautiful gulf to the south, Destin and the sunset in the middle, and the bay to the north all from one balcony. I had the time of my life on that balcony!

What a great place!

From the moment you drive up you know you are on vacation. The property is very well maintained with staff present cleaning, painting, and tending to the grounds (unobtrusively). The unit is lovely, spacious, and perfect for our needs! From the 12th floor we had a beautiful view of the surrounding area and the OCEAN! The walk down to the beach was nothing and chair service was easy and a great addition.

This place was absolutely amazing and beautiful!! We loved the area! People are soo nice and welcoming here! Met some great people! I really enjoyed how beautiful it is. The only con we had was the king size bed was not comfortable at all. But we managed!:) this place is just so nice. Very easy to get to! The owners are amazing! We really don’t have any negative comments. We will be back for sure!!

Perfectly stocked! Exceptionally clean

I’ve stayed in a lot of short term rentals before and I’d have to say this was the best one my family has booked. It was completely equipped with everything you need from a vegetable peeler to a cheese grader. Those are the types of things you can’t usually find in an STR. The condo is spacious and the view of the beach is significantly better than the pictures even show. Two super important things for me w a stay is water pressure and beds. The shower had great water pressure and heated up well. The bed was comfortable too. Julie was attentive and kind. We really enjoyed our stay here. We even extended our stay for a few more days.

Great condo in fabulous location !

I absolutely loved this condo! It it’s huge and extremely well equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. It was super clean and the view is gorgeous. You can access the balcony overlooking the gulf from both bedrooms and the living area. We loved the gorgeous sunsets. The resort restaurant was delicious and affordable. The spa was reasonable and so relaxing. The included beach services were so convenient and the staff was super friendly. Grab this condo quick if available. You will not be disappointed. I can’t wait to go back. 5 night stay and never had to move my car! Super communication with the host. They are so friendly and accommodating. Thanks again Julie for the hospitality.
