One of Rustic Retreat’s biggest advantages is that beach days do not have to end when you leave the Gulf.



The private heated saltwater pool gives your group its own place to swim and relax throughout the day, while the large 12' x 6' splash pad creates a shallow area for younger guests and doubles as a tanning shelf for adults.



Surrounding the pool, the fully fenced backyard offers loungers, a hammock, outdoor dining space, and a propane grill. It is just as comfortable for an afternoon between beach trips as it is for dinner outside after sunset.



Pool heat is available for an additional fee and should be arranged before arrival.

Rustic Retreat is approximately 400 yards from Paradise Retreat’s private deeded beach access along Scenic Gulf Drive.



Guests can make the walk in roughly 5–7 minutes, or use the included 6-seat street-legal golf cart for an even easier trip. When beach chairs, towels, kids, and gear are involved, the cart quickly becomes one of the most appreciated amenities at the home.



Paradise Retreat includes gated access toward both Scenic Gulf Drive and Highway 98, giving guests convenient routes toward the beach as well as groceries, shopping, dining, golf, and Destin-area attractions.

The living room includes comfortable seating and a 65-inch 4K HDR Smart TV, making it an easy gathering place for movie nights, sports, or quieter evenings after the beach.



The fully equipped kitchen has the everyday essentials needed for breakfasts, snacks, lunches, and full family dinners. A built-in credenza adds useful serving space for meals, celebrations, or simply laying out food when everyone seems to be hungry at once.



Tile flooring throughout the home makes cleanup easier after sandy feet and busy beach days.

Rustic Retreat sleeps up to 12 guests with four bedrooms, additional sleeping space off the main living area, and seven total beds.

You are close to Pompano Joe’s, Scenic Gulf Drive, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, HarborWalk Village, Publix, Whole Foods, golf courses, family attractions, and many of the restaurants and activities that make Miramar Beach and Destin popular year-round.



The location gives you the best of both sides of a beach vacation: a quiet home and backyard to retreat to, with the Gulf, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment nearby.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home, private heated saltwater pool, fenced backyard, outdoor living areas, and designated parking. There are no shared guest spaces.



A personalized keyless entry code will be provided before arrival.



Guests also have access to Paradise Retreat’s private deeded beach access and use of the included 6-seat street-legal golf cart, subject to applicable local laws and property rules.



The Neighborhood:

Paradise Retreat is a quiet gated community in Miramar Beach with approximately 120 homes and 320 feet of private deeded beach access.



The neighborhood’s location between Scenic Gulf Drive and Highway 98 makes it especially convenient. Head south toward the Gulf, beachfront restaurants, and Scenic Gulf Drive, or use the north side for quick access to groceries, shopping, attractions, and destinations throughout Destin and Miramar Beach.



Getting Around:

Private deeded beach access is approximately 400 yards from Rustic Retreat, about a 5–7 minute walk or a very short golf cart ride.



The included 6-seat street-legal golf cart can be used on approved roads in accordance with Florida and Walton County law. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and follow all applicable traffic, safety, and occupancy requirements.



Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the designated driveway area. No street parking or grass parking is permitted.
