Inside, the home welcomes you with an open living concept filled with natural light from the large glass windows, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the main gathering spaces. The living room offers comfortable seating along with a sofa that converts into a queen-sized bed, giving additional sleeping space for families or groups. Whether you're winding down after a beach day or planning your next local outing, the space is arranged for both comfort and connection.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for easy meal preparation, including a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and more. The dining area offers seating for six, making it convenient for shared meals, takeout nights, or a quick breakfast before heading to the beach. A half bathroom on the main level adds extra convenience during your stay, while the garage includes a washer and dryer along with an additional refrigerator for storing drinks and groceries during longer visits.

Step outside onto the patio or balcony where cozy outdoor seating invites you to enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by fresh coastal air and peaceful surroundings. A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
