About this property

Mainsail 361: 6th Floor 2BR 2BA. Great views, location and price for the beach.

  • A great view from the balcony of this 6th floor 2 BR, 2 BA condo in Building 3 greets the morning sun and offers afternoon shade. The bedrooms are queen size, and the hide-a-bed sofa is full size to sleep a total of six guests. The keyless entry front door directly overlooks the resort's main swimming pool, hot tub, grilling area. No road crossing on the way to the beach for our guests! Just stroll down the walkway to the beachside elevator which lands at the dune crossover. A one umbrella and 2 chair beach set-up is included with your rental (March - October only). Extra set-ups and paddle board/kayak rentals available on the beach. Inside this beachy, upscale furnished unit you have new flat screens in living room and bedrooms plus WIFI. All your shopping needs are close by the complex.
