Filled with natural light from the bank of windows at the back, across the house features blonde wide-plank flooring throughout, coastal shiplap walls. The kitchen is open and nicely appointed with bright white cabinets, solid surface counters, and all-new stainless steel appliances, which highlight the heart of this home. With stools at the counter and a large farmhouse table with comfortable seating for 8, you will be able to host family and friends in a warm and inviting setting adjacent to the kitchen so no one is left out of the conversation.

When the meal is over or looking for a place to tuck away and read a book, relax in the side lounge area in comfortable club chairs and sofa, For families, this allows parents to enjoy conversation with a view of the 17th fairway, while other members of the family can enjoy the big TV lounging on another large sofa and comfortable chairs on the opposite side of the house. Need some downtime? Enjoy the family friendly games (cards, Scrabble, dominos, Pictionary, and UNO) set inside the armoire.

Take the provided 2026, 6-passenger golf cart to the beach or resort pool to relax in the sunshine and go swimming during the day, or over to the marina to go on a charter fishing trip. Golfers and golf enthusiasts alike can delight in the oversized back patio with golf course views and a new Weber Gas BBQ grill.

The Master Bedroom with en suite bath is a comfortable, fully updated oasis with all new modern fixtures, yet offers a calm coastal vibe with handcrafted floor tiles in the bathroom and a full sized vanity with ample storage. The second bedroom is equally inviting, also with a king size bed, and plenty of storage and closet space. The “bunk room” features bunk beds for the kids, but also has a comfortable full-size bed to accommodate additional guests. The second large full bathroom features double sinks, walk in shower and plenty of storage and hooks.
