    This home occupies the top floor of a two-level duplex, accessed by an exterior flight of stairs. After a day full of water sports at the beach, you'll be greeted by a covered, wrap-around balcony where you can unwind in Adirondack chairs and sip cold drinks in the sea breeze. You'll be in a private, gated community, providing privacy and controlled access.



    Inside the home, find central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and an interior living space decorated in soft, soothing tones.
