Charming Beach Cottage, private beach access, bunk room and amazing yard!

You will love your stay at our charming beach bungalow. Start off your morning walking down the street to one of the fantastic breakfast spots, then come back and sit in the courtyard and enjoy all the vegetation as the day gets going. Around back you have a screened in porch, amazing yard with citrus trees and string lights, providing even more room for friends and family. This beach cottage has an abundance of history and undeniable character.

Located within the upscale Frangista Beach neighborhood, it is a short 5 minute walk (0.3 miles) to the PRIVATE beach entrance at Hollywood Dr.!! This is a bit of a hidden gem as far as beach access goes. There are no high-rise buildings around and the closest public beach access is past Pompano Joes which makes our private beach access much less crowded than other spots. Also, within walking distance there are multiple restaurants such as Pompano Joes, Bad A** Coffee, and our absolute favorite Pascalli Kitchen.

We have the best housekeeping staff in the area. Our house is kept immaculately clean and we and our team take great pride in making sure the house is clean, safe, and ready for each guest.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths within the main house with a 4th bonus bungalow bunk room in the backyard (with it's own AC and TV). The house layout is great for families, the bungalow room out back provides some separation for teenagers that want some space and the bunk room is perfect for younger kids to climb in and get cozy together while watching a late night show. Larger groups of adults may find the layout less ideal for your stay.

The living room is just the place to kick back and enjoy movies on the flatscreen TV. With an extra large sectional couch, your group will have plenty of space to relax after a long day at the beach.

Just off the kitchen is the dining room, which is attached to the living room. The dining room is furnished with a farmhouse table and two benches.

Bedroom 3 : Twin over twin bunk bed and full over full bunk bed (best for kids)

Bedroom 4 (bunk house): full over Queen bunk Bed (sleeps 2-3)

We have a 6 seater golf cart available at the house. If you want to use it, there is a maintenance charge of $25 per day. Just let us know before checking in (must be over 25). Because golf carts can have issues from time to time, we cannot guarantee that it will be available during your stay.

We do allow pets, with a $45 fee to cover the extra cleaning. Please contact us if you are interested in bringing along your pet.

Quaint cottage close to beach

Cora Beach cottage is a quaint cottage with great outdoor spaces including a fenced yard for the fur babies. The kitchen is well stocked and the whole place is comfortable. There is a short walk, about 5 minutes, to the private beach access. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Great place with a lovely yard. A fully stocked kitchen. Lots of beach gear to use. The kids loved the bikes. A private beach entrance and community pool were a plus. We will definitely stay again.

Relaxing time at Cora Beach cottage

My husband and I just spent 10 wonderful nights at Cora Beach cottage. This was our 3rd time staying there. The outdoor spaces are inviting and relaxing and the fenced yard is great for our fur babies. The inside is cozy and comfortable with lots of couch and eating space. The cottage is always neat and clean. We enjoy walking our dogs around the beautiful neighborhood, and of course the beach is just 2 1/2 blocks away. We will definitely be returning again!

Home away from home

Cora Beach bungalow is a cozy, comfortable home away from home. It has everything you need, including amazing outdoor spaces in which to sit and relax. It also has a fully fenced yard which was great for our fur babies. We love sitting outside and just enjoying the ambience of the yard. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk and there are a few good places to eat within walking distance. Lauren is always very responsive to any questions. We truly feel at home at Cora Beach bungalow. This was our second time staying there and we will definitely be back.

Miramar Beach Bungalow Getaway

Great stay at this unique and spacious bungalow. Very clean inside and plenty of space to roam outside in the gated yard with huge patio area and attached sunroom. Easy walk to private beach access and morning coffee shop. Also close to other bar/restaurants such as Pompano Joes and Whales tail. Lauren was very accessible and responsive to all our needs including helping us extend our stay a couple days.
