Designed with comfort and style in mind, this beautifully appointed home features 3 spacious bedrooms. 4 full bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 6 guests. The expansive upstairs primary suite offers a peaceful escape with its own private covered balcony. There are two bedrooms located downstairs — one featuring a queen-size bed and the other with two twin beds. All bedrooms offer private ensuite bathrooms.



Inside, the home showcases elegant coastal architecture with soaring 12-foot ceilings, oversized 8-foot doors, and an open, airy layout that blends Mediterranean charm with relaxed beach living.



Caribe is a rare low-density, thoughtfully planned guard-gated community known for its winding streets, lush tropical landscaping, and uncrowded atmosphere. **All bookings require a signed rental agreement, a copy of a government issued photo ID that matches the credit card and the agreement, and a $500.00 security deposit hold (Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation will be subject to cancellation.)

** Must be at least 25 years old to rent and the person booking must stay in the property through the duration of the rental.

** There must be one adult 25 or older present for every 3 guests under the age of 25.

**Parking available for 2 cars. Parking on the street is strictly prohibited.

** No canopies or tarps on the beach.

**We provide a starter supply of essentials including soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, paper towels, coffee, and toilet paper to help you settle in comfortably until you have a chance to visit the store.

**Rental golf carts are not allowed in Caribe.

**Please note: HOA regulations allow a maximum of 6 guests and require a minimum stay of 7 nights.

** Beach chairs and umbrella setups can be rented for an additional fee from the on-site vendor from March 1st to Nov 30th.

** Please note: Fireplaces are decorative only and are not available for guest use for safety reasons.
