  • This fourteenth floor condo (1409), in Ariel Dunes I, features one of the most up to date interiors. This unit features a newly remodeled and modern look with 2 bedrooms and an extra room with bunk beds for the space and amenities needed for a great vacation. A very short walk to a private beach and you will be relaxing in the sand. This condo sleeps 8 with a master bedroom, guest bedroom, two built in bunk beds in a small room, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. There are LCD TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and living room. Condo comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and fitness room access.

    Ariel Dunes provides all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.
