  • Enjoy beautiful views of the beach & gulf from this eleventh floor condo (1108), in Ariel Dunes I. This condo features one of the prime locations in Miramar Beach.  Take a very short walk to the private beach and you’ll be relaxing on the sugar white sand. This unit sleeps a total of 6 with a master bedroom (king), guest bedroom (queen) and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bath features a stand-alone shower and soaking tub, with bathtub/shower combo in the main bath.  This condo is equipped with complimentary high-speed wireless, cable, & LCD TVs in the living room and both bedroom. It also features a new, in unit washer/dryer, as well as full kitchen including dishwasher. A private deck awaits your outdoor relaxation & is accessible from the living room & master bedroom.

    Ariel Dunes provides all Seascape Resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, tennis, 3 full size pools, fitness room and the on-site full service Cabana Café restaurant, with live entertainment several nights of the week.
