5th floor, Gulf views, 2 Pools, Free Beach Service, Garage Parking

  • Come enjoy our beautifully decorated fifth floor unit in Beach Resort, with Gulf views from our private balcony. Beach Resort was built in 2006, small 64 unit property, with a fabulous 5,000 sq. ft bi-level infinity edge pool, and 9,000 sq. ft. of deck pavestone for your enjoyment. The complex is across the street from beautiful Miramar Beach. The Beach Resort has 300 feet of private deeded beach access just a short walk away. We provide FREE beach service (March 1 to October 31) which includes the daily setup of an umbrella and 2 beach chairs.

    Master Bedroom & Bathroom:
    -King size bed with night stands, reading lamp, & TV.
    -Attached full bath has a shower, hair dryer, wash cloths & bath towels.

    Kid's Bunkroom & Bathroom
    -Bunk beds with TV.
    -Attached bathroom has a shower, wash cloths, & bath towels.

    Living Area
    The main living area has a brand new sectional sofa, side chair, and reading lamps. The TV is located in the entertainment center along a DVD player, and board games.
    This professionally decorated, non-smoking unit includes a designated garage parking spot, free high-speed wifi, washer and dryer, and tile floors through-out creating a lovely sophisticated vacation destination.
