"We contacted Jose, the owner, prior to leaving the UK about checking in and he said that he would meet us in Frigiliana to take us to the villa. This worked very well and we can fully understand why he arranges to meet you as it is a fairly difficult location to find. Upon arrival Jose and his wife showed us round the property and it matches the description given in the advert. The outlook from the villa is stunning and it’s fairly quiet. The villa was ideal for us as the pool is hot all day , which pleased my partner and there is a fantastic covered terrace which has shade for most of the day, which suited me. The kitchen was more than suitable for our stay. There is no barbecue, due to the fire risk , however, they do provide a hot plate which is fantastic to cook meat and vegetables on. There was a very minor issue with the shower on our first full day and on letting the owner know, he came the same day to sort it out. Overall the villa totally met our requirements in that it enabled us to enjoy 14 days of relaxation "

"The property surpassed our expectations. It is beaitifully decorated and the architects have been very clever with the layout. Wonderful outside area for relaxation and dining. The pool was very private and welcoming. The only restaurant in the village had exceptional food. Very interesting history to this village which was abondened for many years."

"Fabulous penthouse apartment with wonderful roof terrace with stunning views. Apartment is in a secure complex in the town centre. There is a lift straight to the apartment door, ideal for carrying cases etc. The apartment is very well furnished with air conditioning throughout. There is free public parking opposite the apartments and a short walk (uphill) takes you to the main square with a variety of cafe/bars/restuarants. Our favourite was Adriano’s. Sergio and the team were excellent to deal with. It is located in the centre of town so expect some daytime noise but very quiet at night. We can’t wait to return. "

"Highly recommend. Gorgeous, central location overlooking the main Plaza and church tower. Incredible service - Maurice went above and beyond, meeting me at the town border to guide me through town to the parking spot, carrying my suitcase to and from my room, and providing me excellent advice on dining and sights. I also loved the rooftop gourmet breakfast and well-stocked honor bar. Such a thoughtful place to stay."
