Staff was friendly. 1st room didn't have heat working. Were moved to a different room and the tub faucet dripped the entire time, tub was gross and microwave looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned. For nonsmoking rooms they smelled heavily of smoke. Unfortunately we won't be staying there again.

There was a problem with our toilet, it needed to sometimes be flushed 2 or 3 times to stop running. We were looking forward to using the hot tub, but it was not in service. The shower also would not completely shut off. The breakfast was good, and we liked the couch and ottoman in the room

Service desk was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall good experience. Hot tub is drained and closed and there could be a little more cleaning done to clear out the hallway smell but other than that, very happy with stay.
