My only caveat is that this 3rd floor space has very narrow stairs with a tight turn on the 2nd floor landing. The home is older and full of charm, so if you’re looking for something more modern, this might not be the right fit. For us, it was perfect. Rupinder’s communication was very good. He was friendly and responded quickly when I needed a new lightbulb, an iron, then an ironing board. The not-so-good: Quaint--unit and old house need some work. Not a lot of natural light. Bathroom is small, needs work. Many outlets but most are so old that plugs don't fit. But it was fine for my needs.
