The entire apartment is included in this rental. This is a new building which is rare in Minneapolis. Please make yourself at home.

✷ Due to the large windows facing west, on sunny days close the sun shades in the afternoon, it helps keep the apartment cool.

Please remember this is a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Pet fee: $150/pet/month (max of 2 pets). Vrbo does not have a setting for the pet fee to accommodate this, so we will collect pet fees after your reservation is confirmed (if applicable). Please be respectful of our other guests and neighbors; if your pet is very vocal and causes a disturbance, they will be asked to leave.

For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the building has secure entrances with video cameras, parking area video camera and the unit has a video camera doorbell. No cameras are in the apartment.

Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.
