This includes both in the units as well as common areas of the building including the 9th Floor Rooftop deck and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. • Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation. • This condominium building is located in a vibrant downtown area, and guests may experience typical urban noise such as construction, traffic, and activity from neighboring units. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. • There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building. • Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a minimum $250 fee per key/fob/pass. • Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules. • Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. First time to Minneapolis for a four-day weekend with friends for a baseball game. This condo was immaculate! Large loft with private bathrooms for each bedroom. State of the art appliances, although we ate out most of the time. Sitting on the private deck at the end of the day or being lazy in the morning with coffee was well worth it. There's also a large public balcony with sofas and grills. Except for the ride from the airport, everything was walkable. So many restaurants and bars in the immediate area, it was hard to choose. Right behind the building is a courtyard with a coffee shop, a taco place and two restaurants (Thr3 Jack was great!). We came for a work trip with family and small children This location was close to so much. We could walk to bars, restaurants and playgrounds. The check in was a bit of a hassle due to the cellular connection going out of the key crib. We had the resolved quickly thanks to the management team. I would stay here again! ##### Ashlee K. Lots of restaurants around. Property was very clean with an urban feel.
