There may not be an Eiffel Tower here, but there is the iconic Foshay Tower, and instead of the Seine River, we have the scenic Mississippi. And instead of tiny, old hotel rooms, we have this spacious, contemporary loft that’s ideal for two (but roomy enough for 4) in Minneapolis’ trendy North Loop neighborhood. \--BED & BATH-- Drift off to dreamland in this one-bedroom loft apartment, which sleeps up to 4 guests: • Bedroom: 1 cozy queen bed, separated from the living room with a partial wall for privacy • Living room: 1 pull-out couch, large enough for 2 guests There’s plenty of closet space in the bedroom, and contemporary artwork adds a pop of style. Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. • Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation. • This condominium building is located in a vibrant downtown area, and guests may experience typical urban noise such as construction, traffic, and activity from neighboring units. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. • There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building. • Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a minimum $250 fee per key/fob/pass. • Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules. • Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
