Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. • Pet‑friendly listings allow dogs only; all other homes are no‑pets. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee is required and varies based on the number of dogs, starting at $150. Most pet-friendly homes allow a maximum of one dog; please inquire in advance if you wish to bring more. Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. • This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable). • Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. • Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval. • Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, hot tubs, saunas and other amenities that may be located on the premise. Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment. • All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest. • Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay. Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement. • Please do not move or rearrange major furniture (beds, sofas, tables, dressers, etc.). Damage caused by moving furniture may result in additional charges, and any labor required to return items to their original placement may incur a fee. • Minnestay is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of the property’s control. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. • Temporary interruptions of utilities, Wi-Fi, or streaming services may occur and do not qualify for refunds. • Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM. Apartment was exactly as listed. Clean, bright and open, and had everything we needed. Walkable neighborhood with nice restaurants nearby, coffee shops, and a short walk to downtown. Parking was a plus, and amenities in the building were great! Very secure building and quiet too.
Love the warehouse district! This rental was very clean, comfortable and convenient for us to walk to Timberwolves game. It was great to have a parking spot. Lots of common spaces (roof and lobby) to hang out too. Highly recommend.
The condo was exactly as advertised and was quite suitable for my wife and my stay. The location was ideal as it was a short walk to nice restaurants, sports stadiums and the LRT station. The neighborhood was safe to walk during the day and night which met our expectations.
Was in town for the Pink concert and this was an ideal location. Within walking distance to Target Field and lots of great bars/restaurants in the north loop. Only drawback was construction crews working right next door starting at 6:30 a.m. both Friday and Saturday. Noise cancelling headphones are recommended until that project is completed.
The room was decorated nice and was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and I actually felt like I could walk around in my socks without slippers.
It was the perfect amount of space for 2 adults and a baby but could have easily fit 2 more on the pullout sofa.
We used the kitchen which had basic items for cooking.
The parking was a reserved spot in the garage right outside the door. So we didn't have far to walk with our bags and the baby.
I highly reccommend this place, and would stay there again.
Very good stay. The owners/management were very nice and tried to help me when things came up. The apartment is large and there are lots of amenities. The kitchen was great, bed was comfortable. The check in process was confusing to me. It was not truly a one bedroom because it's really an alcove bedroom. Light in the living room is light in the "bedroom" and vice versa, same with sound. There is no full wall separation. Also, there is no bolt from the inside like a hotel. I thought there would be. I travel with my own lock, thankfully, but that bothered me. Otherwise, I recommend the apartment. The parking is also very nice to have in that area.
Trendy happening neighborhood with plenty of choices for eat and drink. The Freehouse and Modist Brewing Co. are worthy of a shoutout. Highly recommend.

We had a great time and loved the modern design of the space. We were able to walk to a lot of great restaurants and thins to see. It’s a shot walk to Target Field and the Metro. We really enjoyed our first visit to Minneapolis.

Property is in an excellent location. Many shops, bars, and restaurants are within walking distance. Check-in process didn’t seem as confusing as many people commented on. Parking was slightly difficult to find but comments from others helped. Would definitely recommend!
It was a great all around experience. I knew what to expect in detail walking into the property. I hit a slight snafu with the internet and with a quick phone call I was able to get assisted very quickly! The customer service was friendly and helpful.
Place was accurately described with lots of nice touches like whole bean coffee, extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc and even ear plugs.
We needed to use the sofa bed since we had three people staying here. We could not find pillows, sheets, etc for the sofa bed so we had to use random items that appeared thrown in the closet.

Five years ago I retired from my downtown Minneapolis job of nearly forty years. How the area where this unit is located has changed. It was an area of emptied warehouses and factories. But now it is an area of refurbished buildings and new condos. Downtown Minneapolis used to be a place where few lived but now tens of thousands live. There is an exciting new feeling on the streets even at night. There is so much to do downtown. My wife has MS, and we really appreciated the unit and parking ramp all being on one level. The unit is small but fine for a couple. The bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower was also a plus. The automated check-in process (using a text message) was the most sophisticated process I have ever experienced (very cool). My only complaint, I wish the seating faced the great view of the downtown skyline. Overall, it was a great stay and five stars from us.
Was a little hard to get the car out of the parking lot then try & park to turn key. Wish there was an easier way to get luggage from parking ramp to apartment.
