This 4 bed 2 bath duplex is located in the heart of Minneapolis just a stone's throw from the chain of Lakes. This duplex functions as one rental, but provides the privacy needed for large families or corporate events. Both units have large living rooms, a formal dining room, and fully stocked kitchens. Each unit has a bonus study room with a desk and large windows that let in ample light. The backyard features a screened in porch, which is a tranquil spot for your morning cup of coffee. Colfax Commons is ideal for any group looking to spend time in the City of Lakes. Nearby are great spots like Pizza Luce, Black Walnut Bakery, Dunn Bros Coffee and more.
