Soccer families had a great stay!

Overall great experience & place. Very family friendly for two soccer families & close to the fields. Slept comfortably & great selection whether dining in or out. Kids enjoyed the theater & games, as well as the hot tub.

What a great property! Our family felt right at home here. The theater room is out of this world! The kids loved watching their favorite cartoon characters larger than life! Chad was very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back.

Quiet neighborhood!

Great new home in quiet development. Clean and spacious. The kitchen worked great for four of us to cook together, and the theater room was a fabulous place to stretch out and enjoy movies! The hot tub was clean and easy to use; the location of it facing the street initially gave us pause, but it's such a quiet neighborhood that it felt very private and comfortable. We'd definitely stay again!

Excellent property and host

We stayed at this property for our annual mother daughter weekend and loved every aspect of it. First of all, Chad, is an excellent host. He responded promptly to our requests and requests and made us feel so welcome. Second, the property was beautiful, clean and organized. The beds were so comfortable. The hot tub and the theater room were excellent bonuses and added to our stay. We shopped at a few of the local boutiques and enjoyed food and beverages at Invictus. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. It is a 5+ property!

Our family had a terrific holiday gathering at Marmon Retreat. Adults appreciated the 4 bedrooms. Young ones had their space in the bunk room, theater space and office. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub on some nice December evenings. Chad was very responsive on the few questions we had. It was the first time using a VRBO for our gathering and we’ll do it again.

Everything overall was very clean. Looks exactly like the photo. We enjoyed the hot tub a lot; it was very relaxing. Directions on how to do our part as guests were very clear. While we were cooking ribs in the oven, the fire alarm went off twice. Everything was okay, ribs were falling off the bone :).
