Historic Stillwater Home close to downtown

  • This historic 1882 home is located in a charming neighborhood 0.5 miles from town. The house has been completely renovated and updated. It has 2 bedrooms with a family room that can be completely closed off for privacy/third bedroom. This home is located on the South Hill above the Chilkoot Stairs with astonishing views of downtown Stillwater and the river. Enjoy sitting on the front porch or the bonfire pit in the back yard. This house is about a ten minute walk to many restaurants, shopping, and the scenic St. Croix River. There is a queen size air-mattress available but please no more than 8 guests. This house is not handicap accessible. Thank you
