Welcome to Club 139, a beautifully remodeled 1958 mid-century home located in the Shadow Falls neighborhood of St. Paul, arguably one of the most desirable locations in the Twin Cities. Here you are two blocks away from Town and Country Club and historic Summit Avenue, and very close to several colleges and universities (University of St. Thomas, Macalester College, University of St. Catherine, Hamline University, Mitchell-Hamline School of Law. Club 139 will comfortably accommodate up to six adults (no children, please). There are three large bedrooms (one with twin beds), two full baths and a half bath. The gourmet kitchen is Martha Stewart quality -- five-burner Wolf stove, Meile double ovens, Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine cooler, prep island, entertaining island, large dining area and all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils.
The open floor plan is perfect for friends to gather and socialize -- sit at the island/bar, relax on the sofa, or grab some snacks and popcorn and move to the comfortable furnishings of the lower level to take in a movie on the 65” smart TV.

While the kitchen area is akin to Martha Stewart, the outdoor living is more Dean Martin. The 12x28-foot elevated deck has a shaded table and chairs, and a Char-Broil commercial gas grill, perfect for enjoying outdoor cooking and entertaining. The lower garden-level patio has luxurious outdoor furniture and a mesmerizing flame table. The backyard in beautifully landscaped and very private.

Club 139 is a new VRBO property, since November 2019. With a commitment to providing a fun, safe and comfortable stay. You will enjoy new carpeting, new furnishings, new towels and linens and complimentary toiletries.
