We have a super unique and quiet setting, yet we are located close to the action of Dinkytown (U of MN), Downtown Minneapolis, Downtown St. Paul, and NE Minneapolis. You will find lots of convenient options for transportation: - only a few steps from a Metro bus stop - a five minute walk to the Blue line Train - we also have FREE parking!
In a renovated warehouse with exposed ducts, concrete floors, comfy beds and all the touches of home, it is perfect for large groups!

Great spot!

Spacious, clean, high ceilings, and the complimentary coffee was a plus. Great view from the roof. Close to everything. I'll stay here anytime I'm in Minneapolis again.

Well maintained, roomy, close to U of Minnesota

Stayed here while participating at a swim meet at U of M. Much better than staying at a hotel. Each person has their own room and with two bathrooms and a kitchen, there was plenty of space. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property and excellent location!

The loft style with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect for 4 of us on a business trip. The property was clean and well maintained. The owners were very nice, and accommodating. We were in walking distance to great restaurants in a downtown/campus area. If ever in the Minneapolis area I would stay there again!
