  • Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located charmer near U of M, historic Grand Ave, Como Park & MSP; walking distance to train. While owner is away this split level flat is all yours. Plenty of free street parking.
    Spread out with a sizable LR, DR w/ table for 6, kitchen, den, work station w/ printer & laundry. Dedicated luggage storage.
    1 smaller BR on each floor w/ queen beds. Futon in the den (twin size when open).
    40 inch smart tv (Roku). Just sign in to your fav apps.
    The space
    Sweet half of side by side townhouse. Definitely not a hotel, but I keep it tidy & clean.
    Guest access
    You get to use the whole flat. There’s one room I locked for my stuff.
