    Calm neighborhood across the street from a STEM school.

    Simple neighborhood driving. Free parking on the street and in the driveway.
    No foreign substances allowed in the hot tub. (Food, drinks, etc.)

    DO NOT pee in the hot tub! This would result in a $500 water replacement fee. (Keep this in mind when allowing children to use the hot tub.)

    Please respect quiet hours! (10:00pm-9:00am) Violating quiet hours would result in a $300 FINE. Our neighbors' rest is very important to us. (This is not intended to be an income stream, rather a deterrent. Dollars charged for violation of quiet hours are strictly used for making it up to the neighbors.)

Great location, easy to get to MSP and also MOA. Our host was flexible and responded to emails promptly. Nice outdoor space with hot tub and fire pit. Would recommend for large groups, we had 12.
