THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
This is a downstairs unit of a duplex, originally built in 1900. As with many apartment-style homes from this era, you may hear sounds from the upstairs unit such as footsteps, movement and muffled sounds. Your friendly neighbor upstairs is part of the artist community. He is a basket weaver and hosts bookbinding classes which you may hear him hosting from time to time.
