The woman checking me in was very nice and kept everything confidential which was greatly appreciated as a solo traveler. The room was neat but was not well maintained - stained sofa, chipped paint, food stuck to nightstand. I also questioned whether the sheets were clean and found a wrapper from a muffin on the floor. The breakfast was simple but had variety. For a quick overnight it was fine for the price.

Clean rooms but need to soft for me but for others it would probably be ok. Good breakfast/ buffet bagels, waffles, muffins, eggs of some kind, (omlette or scrambled). Orange Juice and milk for cereal. Plenty of cold ice water. Coffee and tea.

Fantastic hotel and value. Andrew the front desk clerk was the absolute best. Checked us in promptly and explained everything easily. Most importantly, he confirmed that I didn’t have any questions for him. Excellent customer service care.

Room we stayed in had water leak damage on the ceiling and wallpaper coming off the wall. Water for shower was warm at best. When asked about refreshing both coffee pots that were empty during the breakfast hours, I got attitude as if it was too much to ask. I gave a 3 star because the lady at the desk was extremely nice at checkout.

The door to the room was difficult to open, very tight and noisy. The room itself was a nice design and clean. The staff was wonderfully accommodating: provided extra wash clothes on request, answered questions, allowed me to put ice packs in their staff freezer. Convenient to where I needed to be as well as to shopping. Very satisfied overall

Room was big and very clean and comfortable. The hotel in general was very nice. We did not use the pool area, but other common areas were lovely! Room had 2 TVs, large bathroom and bed was comfortable. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next stay.

Check in was awesome the clerk that checked us in was so sweet! The swing shift clerk has the personality of a wet mop and was NEVER at the desk. Y'all need to look at your beds the one in 435 has a broken head board (and not from me). The only other "bad" thing I can say is there needs to be extra blankets somewhere because it was quite chilly even with the AC off!!

The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working and there was no sign up. The tv remotes only worked to power on and off and volume but couldn't change the channel. The bed was not comfortable (I know this varies from person to person). Overall the hotel was clean and staff were friendly.
