Price was good, however you get what you pay for. Remote did not work for television. Room only get serviced if you ask. Carpeted floors look dirty and not vacuumed. Breakfast that was included consisted of bread with toaster, coffee, sausage links, and scrambled eggs. Had to ask for orange juice. They don’t keep food stocked/maybe because the house the homeless people. Water in shower is hot and has medium pressure. Beds have a sheet with light blanket between them.

The pictures are very deceptive. The staff was awesome! But the actual hotel was old and out of date. Our blanket had cigarette burn holes and just didn’t feel clean.

Breakfast was minimal, no juices out. Since this place seemed like a magnet for other than light skinned customers, I guess they had to minimize everything. No hair dryer in the room; 1 washcloth for a two person room. Trash piled at the front door, old furniture stacked in the lobby. My multi-day stay was one of the worst. By the way, who thought sheet/blanket/sheet is okay.

I booked 3 rooms for our family and was so disappointed. I went with this hotel because it had a pool and breakfast, however the pool had been closed the whole time we were there and the breakfast was just sad. The rooms had a moldy smell, and were not very clean. Spider webs above the bed, the paint pealing off the walls and the shower head in the room I stayed looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Key wouldn't work and had to go to desk multiple times for them to reset it. We made the best of it but I would never stay there again. Very disappointed.

The room had blood on the bed. I tried calling room service that night, but no one answered. I called several times, but I couldn’t get anyone to help. I was unable to sleep because of the situation, so I went to the front desk the next morning and reported it. The front desk staff member then told me what I was supposed to do.

We were in room 110. The toilet paper holder is almost off the wall and one can see it has been reattached to the wall. Light out over sink. No lamp in the room at the desk so dark corner. Black out curtains with small holes in it and came off the hooks when pulled shut, I put them back up.

When you walk into the lobby, all you smell is marijuana, our room was disgusting. There were hairballs on the carpet. There were brown stains on the curtains and the walls. The table was leaning and broken. The refrigerator was frozen over and stained. The air conditioner cover was laying on the floor, and the AC unit was black and covered in bugs and the shower rod was coming off the wall. Overall, the worst experience I have ever had at a Wyndham property and the desk clerk and manager were uncooperative.
