Welcome to our beautiful, luxury and recently renovated Greene Blue house located in a peaceful, safe and family-friendly neighborhood yet with easy access to highway and only a few mins from nearby shops, fast foods & restaurants. My husband did a full gut renovation with his own hands. Whether you are visiting family, attending weddings or here for work, we are excited to welcome and accomodate your group. Get comfortable, relax and sit back at our Green Blue house.

Fully "gut" renovated and reframed, it was transformed to a modern, luxury, open design concept but within a warm and comfortable home. Furnished with stylish modern decor features quartz countertops in the kitchen and second living room. Each of the 4 bedrooms has queen-size beds for cozy and relaxing sleep with plenty of closet space. Check out the designed accent walls in bedrooms and around the walls. Additional 2 couches offer alternative sleeping options. Watch your favorite shows on Roku HDTV in every bedroom room and living room. Complimentary washer & dryer in unit for your convenience. We had 8 adults during our stay and the house was great. Four couples each had a room and there was two bathrooms to share. We found this house while looking for a place close to Afton Alps and it was about a 15-20 min drive to the ski resort. We drove to the Mall of America one afternoon and it was about 20 mins as well. Worked great for our family and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was quick and easy!

There were 8 of us staying here and everyone was impressed by how cute and clean everything was. The beds and pillows were all comfortable and the bedrooms were all a good size. The decorating looked like it was done by a designer and the kitchen was beautiful. The basement didn't seem like a basement at all and was very cozy and comfortable. We would all stay here again if given a chance.

We really like this house. Clean and cozy! Brand new kitchen and very open living space. Comfortable basement provided fun space for teens watching movie and playing their chamber music while parents enjoying their tea and coffee at first floor. Very quiet neighborhood with easy parking on the driveway. Perfect place for friends and families gathering.

Very clean and simply furnished. Marble bathrooms with modern fixtures and beautiful new floors upstairs. Cozy downstairs living space with laundry and two bedrooms. Easy check in/out. Responsive communication with host. Just a few suggestions: 1) Agree that host should provide additional coffee cups, a bigger coffee pot (or Keurig) and kitchen linens. 2) Add mirrors to bedrooms that currently don't have them. 3) Add additional hooks/shelves in bathrooms to accommodate multiple adults. 4) Should have at least 2 sets of towels for each of 8 people so laundry doesn't have to be done every day and sheets available for futon. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again!

A very clean beautiful place located in a great area and close to shopping. I would definitely stay here again. The suggestions would be more kitchen items and bed linens. Kitchen didn’t have bakeware; nothing there to use in the oven. Bigger coffee pot and more coffee mugs; place allows 10 people but only 3 mugs. Coffee pot is more the size for a dorm. No kitchen towels. No top sheet on any bed (4). Most bed pillows had shams on them and not pillowcases. No pillowcases for the extra bed pillows in closets. Very few hand towels. Couldn’t find a plunger when needed.

The house is as beautiful as the pictures. Everything was as described. The host made the check-in process very easy and kept us well informed. The cooking utensils were somewhat limited but did not impact the stay. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting the MSP metro area.

We had an enjoyable stay. Our family was in town for our wedding. It was nice to have a place to stay where we could relax together in between events. We liked the nice, quiet neighborhood and that it was close to 2 grocery stores and a Walgreens. We were able to pick up food to make and anything else we forgot. We had one little hiccup trying to get in the house the first time, but we called the number and someone answered right away and remotely unlocked the door on the spot.

Our stay was good except for a few issues. The upstairs toilet slipped while sitting on it. There were no more garbage bags. There also were no cloths to wipe off the counters with, we used paper towels. Other than that, the property was very nice and comfortable.

The house was clean and very nicely finished. We had the space we needed for relatives attending a family reunion. We would have liked some outdoor furniture and a grill, but there weren't any. They would be a nice addition. The kitchen could use a few more baking pans and casserole dishes. This house has a beautiful kitchen but it needs a rearrangement of the items in the drawers and cupboards. Overall our stay was very comfortable.

This was a wonderful space & perfect for our family to gather for son’s wedding. You can tell that the owners care & take a lot of pride in the care of the property. There was a storm one of the nights & owners were there first thing in the morning to take care of snow in driveway. I would definitely stay again.
