  • Architect remodeled, modern amenities, historic charm. Every Bedrooms has their own private bath. Library/Living Room has 5' wide fireplace & Flat Screen TV/Bose. Kitchen has Thermadore, Wolf, Fireplace. Most rooms have fireplaces. Bedroom 1 has private 2nd floor terrace.

    Close to WAC, Mia, Eat Street, Twins, Vikings, Timberwolves, MN United, Up/Downtown, 5 Parks, Lake of the Isles, Guthrie, MOA, Transit and Freeways...Quiet, Tree lined Street.

    The space

    Original 7300 Square foot house used as (2) 3 story private units (1 is VRBO 5BR and the other is Owners). Comes with Private Entry, 3 Porches (2 of them private to Bedroom 1 and 5), Big windows, French Doors (great sunlight/views), surrounded by Trees.
