Couldn’t find an actual phone number for the front desk. Tried 5 different ones with confusing automated commands. Waited for staff finally after 10 minutes, and my early booking was $90 more expensive than if I cancelled and rebooked. So that’s what I did myself with little help from staff. The pool and spa is also “out of order” during our stay…

The property felt very run down. Water damaged ceilings, stained and dirty floors. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned in the corners, old soap was still in the shower. The toilet was broken. The a/c was on a motion sensor so it was hot and humid every time we entered the room after being out. It also hot very hot during the night. The bedding was just adequate. The pillows were tiny and not comfortable. “Comfort” should not be in the name of this hotel chain. Next time I think I am going for the airbnb or vrbo.

We arrived at our hotel and there was no staff, but a sign up that said they would be back. 20 mins went by and I called someone to tell them we were here. Our pull out couch had vomit on it. Stains all over the floor, hair in the shower and mold around the ceilings. Stains on our king bed sheets. We asked for a new room, and they said they had none at all. Asked for new bedding to make both beds, still dirty sheets. We asked for the house keeper to clean the hair out of the drain and they said they had no staff. The pool was not clean or broken so that was closed. The staff were some what nice but not the best. Breakfast was decent, I will give them that. We were not able to get a refund and ended up leaving the second day and booked elsewhere. Would not recommend.
