Bathroom was large with a soaking tub and standing shower area. We could not figure out how to get the shower door to stay closed the first night but after housekeeping came through the door stayed shut! There was a dehumidifier in our room to support the AC. Breakfast buffet was decent - the Taiwanese side was overall stronger than the Western side. The free laundry room was a godsend. Location was relatively convenient, especially steps away from a red line station. Did take some walking or travel to the better night markets and restaurants, but we wanted a quieter location. Very comfortable stay!" When I explained that we had been told we could check out at 12 the staff member told me nothing was written to indicate that and became argumentative with me. I told her that perhaps the staff just forgot to write it down on my file but yet she just kept saying well it wasn’t written down. Anyway the hotel itself was good but wasn’t totally pleased with the service. I don’t think I would stay here again as there are other great hotels with similar pricing in the area.
