Please inquire about events pricing. Main level Living room with fireplace and reclining couch, TV 2nd Living area with 1 sleeping futon, TV and game table Enclosed sun room with 2 sleeping futons, dining table and mountain view Fully Equipped kitchen with 4 bar stools Dining table with chairs Indoor Hot tub Furnished deck Master bedroom with 1 king bed attached bath Second full bath First floor Bedroom 2 with 1 queen bed and sleeping futon Bedroom 3 with 1 queen bed and sleeping chair Pet rules There is a limit of 2 dogs per reservation unless otherwise approved by Owner. $100 for each / stay •At no time are the number of pets paid for/disclosed to be exceeded. •It is HIGHLY recommended that pets be kenneled/crated any time they are left unattended on/in the property. Many pets do not react well to being left alone in an unfamiliar environment. Chewed doors, trim and blinds have occurred in the past due to dogs being left uncrated when their owners leave them behind alone. I will do everything I can to mitigate this risk. •Pets must be completely house trained. Use of puppy pads is not allowed. •Pets are not allowed on any furniture at any time. •Pets should be under owner's control at all times and not allowed to roam off of the property. They should be on a leash off of the property and at the beach. •Pets are not to be bathed in the showers/bathtub inside the home or dried off with the linens. Please use the hose or outdoor shower to wash off pets. •Pets must be current on all flea/tick preventatives and rabies vaccine. Veterinarian documentation may be required. •Must not have a bite/aggression history. •Guests must pick up all pet waste and are responsible for disposing of it properly (bagged) in the outdoor garbage cans. This includes when pet is on the beach with owner. •Guests must clean up any pet accidents that occur immediately and report to Owner. •Guests are to clean up any excess pet hair prior to departure. •Guests are responsible for their pets' conduct at all times. Any complaints from neighbors for excessive barking and/or improper control can result in eviction without refund. •Guest is solely responsible for any injury/damage their pet(s) cause to neighboring properties or other people/animals and therefore indemnifies/releases Property Owner from any liability. •Guest is responsible for any/all damage to the property, furnishings and contents and additional cleaning fees caused by their pet(s). Charges for damage will include the cost to repair the damage (time/material) as well as any additional costs incurred by the owner including lost revenue and/or fees incurred due to the length of time it takes to make the repairs. Deepa was so gracious to allow the 19 of us to enjoy this special day for our daughter and her new husband! My immediate family stayed at this Place while the others found suitable places nearby. The backdrop of the mountain was perfect for the outdoor ceremony. We utilized a local rental events place for tables and the arbor (Rainier events rentals!) The weather was great until dessert time when it started to rain. We finished the festivities in the large kitchen area where our daughter and son in law cut their cake and had the mother son and father daughter dance in the sunroom. The rain stopped and we were able to end the celebration on the deck! It was a lovely weekend and Rainier Estates was the perfect for all of us! Our kids enjoyed each having their own room. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the smart TV and had a lot of fun playing foosball.
