This premier waterfront residential neighborhood community is located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. Getting Around: Our home is located in the The Waters sub-division. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with many vehicles. The house itself was clean and spacious, and both the owner and management company went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. We had 6 children in our party and between the pontoon boat we rented, fishing, swimming in the lake, kayaking, and playing at the "beach" area, there was always something to keep them occupied. The area is quite secluded without many close, restaurant options, so be ready to stock up on groceries and cook/grill or drive a good distance. We were assured it would be fixed by check in time which was at 4:00 p.m. The code they had assigned to us for the keyless entry wouldn't work according to the property host, Dan. I kept messaging Dan periodically as we traveled to the house. Once we arrived at the house at 4:00 p.m. we still couldn't get into the house. Once again I called Dan and said we needed to get into the house because we had groceries and small children along with an infant. I asked if he could assign us a different code.
