Tucked on a quiet cul-de-sac for superior privacy—perfect for relaxing, reconnecting, and enjoying everything Lake Anna has to offer. Guest Access: You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to the best local provider. The Neighborhood: Elk Creek Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. The community area has a pavilion and a community boat ramp. This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. Getting Around: Elk Creek Landing is the newest and most premier neighborhood at Lake Anna, while it's generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction.
