The Waters sub-division offers unparalleled living with a clubhouse, a pool, tennis courts, beach, and boat slips available for use on a first-come-first-served basis. This premier waterfront residential neighborhood community is located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue freshwater surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing.  
  
This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Our home is located in the The Waters sub-division. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with up to 6 vehicles.

If there’s anything you’re curious about—just ask! Halcyon Blue is intentionally stocked and designed for a carefree, luxurious stay on Lake Anna’s private side.

Wow! What an amazing home and fantastic experience! The host (Daniel & co) are true professionals and made this feel like a 5 star luxury hotel experience. We had zero issues and the home was immaculate, but I’m confident if anything had come up that they would be on top of it. This home was perfect for our multifamily multi generation reunion. The kitchen had everything you could need and so much more. It felt like every amenity in the home you could think of was available. The water area was perfect for little kids and adults. We’ve never been to Lake Anna before and had no idea how warm and beautiful the water is! We would certainly come stay again. Thank you!
